Terms of use
Updated October 27, 2026
1. Using the app
Only record meetings you have the right to record. Getting consent from the people present is your responsibility, not the app's.
2. Your content is yours
Recordings, transcripts and minutes belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and don't use them to train models.
3. Trial minutes and purchased minutes
Each device gets 60 free trial minutes; your first sign-in adds 120 more. Each recording is charged once, for exactly its length. Reopening old recordings, listening to minutes and regenerating minutes cost nothing extra. Q&A is charged by the seconds of transcript cited in each answer, and 60 seconds make one minute. Failed processing is never charged.
Minute packs are bought in the app through Google Play or the App Store, under that store's payment terms. Minutes never expire and belong to your account, so they follow you to a new phone.
Refunds for store purchases follow Google Play's or Apple's refund process. If something is our fault — say you paid and the minutes didn't arrive — just email us and we'll fix it.
4. AI-generated results
Transcripts and minutes are produced by AI models and may be wrong or incomplete — especially with loud noise, people talking over each other, or distant recording. Assigning lines to speakers is an inference from content, not voice identification. Check the cited timestamps before using the minutes for anything important. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app's results.
5. Service may be interrupted
The app depends on a processing server and AI model providers, so it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We work to keep it running but don't guarantee a specific level of availability.
