This page says exactly what the Meet Note app does with your data, in plain words. The Vietnamese version is the original; if the two ever differ, the Vietnamese version applies.
1. Recordings and meeting content
Audio files, transcripts, minutes and Q&A stay on your device. We don't copy them to any storage of ours.
When you tap process on a recording, the app sends the audio to our
processing server at litellm.nexta.vn, which forwards it to an
AI model provider (currently Google, through its Gemini service) to produce
the text. Minutes and Q&A send text only. Results come back to your
device.
The server records the usage of each request to count the minutes used. We don't use your meeting content for anything other than producing results for you: not to train models, and we never sell or share it with anyone.
2. When you sign in with Google or Apple
Signing in is optional — the app works without it. If you sign in, we receive your name, email address and, with Google, your profile picture, only to recognize you when you switch phones. With Apple you can hide your email; we then receive an Apple relay address. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).
Your profile in our database holds only: minutes left, total minutes ever granted, whether you've received the sign-in bonus, a private key for the AI service tied to your account, and the time of the last update. It contains no meeting content.
3. When you buy minutes
Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store. The store handles payment; we receive only the purchase confirmation (product, order number and a purchase token) to add minutes to your account. We never receive, store or process your card or bank details.
Where store purchase isn't available, tapping a pack sends us a message with your account email, the pack you chose and your remaining minutes. It goes to the Telegram of the person in charge, who contacts you and adds the minutes by hand.
4. Device fingerprint
So each device gets the free trial minutes only once, the app creates a hash of the device identifier (mixed with a fixed string, then SHA-256) and stores that hash with a timestamp. The hash can't be traced back to a device or a person, and the app cannot read this table back.
5. Permissions the app asks for
- Microphone — to record meetings. The app only records when you tap record.
- File picker — when you want to open an existing recording.
- Keep screen awake — while processing, so the system doesn't interrupt the work.
6. What we don't do
- No ads in the app.
- No behavior-tracking or analytics tools.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your data.
7. Deleting your data
Deleting a recording in the app removes it from your device, along with its transcript and minutes.
Delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. The app asks you to confirm with your sign-in account, then deletes your sign-in account, your minutes record (including purchased minutes), your private AI key, your invite code and any pending purchase messages. Meetings stored on your phone stay there — uninstall the app to remove them all.
To prevent abuse of free minutes, we keep three things that contain no name or email: device fingerprints that received trial minutes (section 4), the account IDs that received the sign-in bonus, and deleted account IDs with the deletion time. Signing in again with the same account creates a new account but without another bonus.
Can't open the app, or want purchase messages sent to Telegram (section 3) deleted too? Email hotro@meetnote.vn from the address you signed in with. We delete within 7 business days and reply when done.
8. Children
The app is made for working adults, is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
9. Changes
When we change this page we update the date at the top. Major changes are announced in the app.
